Don't place computers, monitors and TVs in your trash, recycling bin or place them at the curb — these items require special handling and cannot be collected via your regular curbside service (Oregon DEQ).
Televisions are prohibited from being discarded by Indiana households, small businesses, and public schools with municipal waste intended for disposal at a landfill, or any waste intended for disposal by burning or incineration (IDEM).
